    EXTREMELY Addictive

A lot of anticipation has lead up to this release and only on rare occasion like this does the hype end up to be justified.

Picked up the game at midnight with my buddies and, without a doubt, during the first hour of playing did I have to say aloud that the game was justifiably PERFECT.

Not only did Infinity Ward introduce some new jaw-dropping features like the earnable online airstrikes, but from the graphics to the engine mechanics, the game has proven to be second-to-none in providing fast-pace, explosive (addicting) gameplay.

This game will make it extremely hard for any others to come and compete. I don't see any way any other company can deliver a more enticing shooter.

    PERFECT!!!

(currently enjoying the added (optional) 3rd-person view)

The campaign was incredible from start to finish. I actually felt scared during the first mission (spoiler) when on the machine gun of the Humvee.

I will admit that I really didn't care about the story. A couple characters maybe, but not the story.

I especially loved the (spoiler) prison level which was definitely crafted by fans of the movie "The Rock".

    Great Job IW

P.S.- Happy to finally have a game that is 99% lag free.

Modern Warfare 2 takes place five years after the events of of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Despite your best efforts, the ultra-nationalist have wrangled control of Russia proclaiming Zakhaev, everyone's favourite one-armed bad guy, as a national hero and political martyr. As in previous Call of Duty games, you step inside the body of several distinct characters over the course of  the campaign's five to seven hours of gameplay. Though entertaining, the story itself twist and turns so radica...

      Even more Modern Warfare-r 0

Coming into Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, I had a high set of expectations, primarily set by Infinity Ward's previous game; Call of Duty 4. CoD4 came completely out of left field for me, revitalising my interest in what I believed to be a tired, played-out franchise; the change of setting, compelling campaign, and addictive multiplayer making it one of my top 5 games of 2007. Riding in on this wave of euphoria and excitement Modern Warfare 2 had a lot to live up to.   The campaign follows a si...
