Monster Dash is a side scrolling endless runner game, developed by Halfbrick studios. It was the predecessor to Jetpack Joyride, and shares many of it systems and ideas.
The games main hero is Barry Steakfries, who will automatically run through the levels, leaping across gaps and shooting at enemies when the appropriate button is pressed.
The two button input for jumping and shooting splits the screen, allowing you to press anywhere, and brings slightly more complex action than its successor Jetpack Joyride.
There is also a health system with heart pickups, rather than the more usual 'one hit and your done' style of play.
