10 online wins in a row broken and the reason

  I  do not know this is the reason 100% but it seems based on my research this is the cause. I won 10 in a row and the achievement did not pop, the same with a friend of mine. On my 13th win in a row the achievement popped. During my 13 fights 3 people quit as I was doing my fatality. The same results from my friend but only twice. It seems that it's not counting it as a win, even though it does for the leaderboards.

 

I wonder if this has the same effect on your 100 matches or not. It's a shame that people are such bitches that they would leave when you have won. It does not stop their loss so they are just being complete dicks. I cussed one guy out and he said I did it because you did the same move over and over. With the lag in this game I can not help but to do smokes disappear special on accident and it has in fact cost me more matches then it has won.  When I fight a guy and I know a leg sweep will stop his up high block I try to sweep and find myself flying in the air, the oppontent blocking it and countering with an uppercut :(

This problem is the same for other fighting games such as WWE Allstars during the finisher cutscene. If the person quits, the match will not count as a win for you, which sucks. Also, people have to stop with all the Smoke hate. He's not over powered. All you have to do is block the teleport and much like scorpion, he will stay in the air for about a second, defenseless which is more than enough time to punish. I had a guy send me a voice message telling me what a dick I was because I was using the teleport.

Exactly, that is why I can beat most smoke and scorpion players because you have to play smart. If someone is spamming it then boom block it and you get a free counter. Each character has a bitch a move so people needs to not bitch so much.

Winning "x games in a row" achievements are fucked to begin with.

Yep, I totally agree. It was why I didn't S Rank NBA homecourt back in the day. I would get "X" amount of wins then out of no where I would get owned by a giant lag fest but the other player had no issue. I love achievements but those make me as angry as an escort mission in any game.

Hmmm, I had no Issue getting this just by playing the game. Ranked matches were slow to get into at the start, but once it had some data to match me it was easy to find fair matches.

Edit: I had people rage quit and it still counted.

This glitch happened to me recently.... 
 
It's a glitch, not the fact that people rage quit or pull...NRS confirmed before the games release that quitters and people who disconnect you'll get the win and they get the lose regardless. I've had it done a ton of times to me when I win lol and it still counts, this is just sadly a dumb glitch with the 10 in a row achievement :(
