Motorstorm is a franchise that has separated itself from others in the Racing genre with a wide selection of vehicles, and paths to take when on the circuit.

Motorstorm is a racing franchise, the characteristics of which are a wide selection of vehicles, ranging from Motorbikes to Monster Trucks (Made available in Motorstorm: Pacific Rift), aswell as numerous paths to take around the track, usually dependent on what vehicle class you have chosen.

While in the first motorstorm the landscape was desert, desert and slightly more desert, in Motorstorm: Pacific Rift the setting was changed to a tropical jungle. Filled with trees, jumps, water and volcanoes.
