    I read about it in a magazine, the article was talking about mods for it. So i tried the demo then bought it since it was so awesome

    I learned about it from Levio because he wouldn't shut up about it and it people seemed really split on it, so I tried the demo to see if it was any good and decided to buy it.

    It's not great, but it's fun.

    I'd heard of it previous to this from a couple of guys I know, but I always thought they were saying Mountain Blade, so I couldn't find it.

    Thats how i learned about Hinterland lol! It was an article on pc gamer, If I never heard about hinterland I probably wouldnt have found Mount and Blade."
    PC Gamer was the same magazine i read too, lol.

    First I heard of it was either Levio's crazy love of the game or GameSpot's review. Whichever came first. If I was to go on the review alone, I would have forgotten the game ever existed. Levio made sure I'd never forget.

    Shamefully i learned of the game on Steam, whilst browsing the new demos, whilst going through my old UK PC Gamer magazines i noticed a review of it a week later...that i didn't see. Funny how things work out.

    It's a shame because this game is right up my alley in every sense, so to discover it so late in the process, kinda sucks.

    Levio wouldn't shut the fuck up about it, so I played the demo, and had some questions about modifications that would allow it to run better on my system (I exceed every requirement, but it stutters and has glitches and issues still) so I pirated it and found that I couldn't fix the systems. I'm waiting to hear about a possible patch, because in the event that they make the game playable, I might pick it up (probably not).

    Still don't get what's so great about the game though, everywhere you look is a poor or mediocre review for it. Plus I hear sieges involve taking a SINGLE ladder against the enemy wall. That fact alone makes it fail in my eyes.
