A villain to Batman. He wears a cryogenic suit to stay alive.

The common origin story is that his real name is Dr. Victor Fries. He was trying to revive his ill cryogenically frozen wife, Nora. An accident during the experiments made him only able to survive in freezing temperatures. He will often commit crimes to get funding to revive his wife and cure her rare illness. He need his suit to stay alive but he also seems to use the technology to create freeze weapons. Most commonly the Freeze Ray.
