When a game has a single player campaign that isn't its own separate thing, but rather just a series of multiplayer-style matches that you play against computer controlled "bots" instead of against other players.

Is Minecraft really an example of this concept? It seems like multiplayer is more just other players being in someone's world, rather than single player being a multiplayer world with just the player in it.
