Overview
My Nintendo Picross: The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess is a Picross puzzle game developed by Jupiter Corp. and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS.
The game is structured in the same way as the Picross e series, which is also developed by Jupiter Corp and features standard Picross, Mega Picross, and Micross with the former two sharing the same puzzles albeit in a different order. There are a total 45 picross puzzles that can be completed in both regular and mega modes. Upon puzzle completion, players are awarded with the resulting picture as a Miiverse stamp. The puzzles themselves, aside from those in the tutorial, are based off characters and items found in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Upon completing all puzzles within a given mode the mode is deemed completed and the players are awarded a gold medal that is displayed next to the mode on the main menu. Once every puzzle in the game is completed, the overall best time of each mode is displayed in the main menu as well.
The character Midna (from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) serves as the players aid within the game by offering tutorials and tips when the player starts a mode for the first time.
The game launched as an exclusive to the My Nintendo rewards program. The game cost a total of 1,000 platinum coins.
