Nachos are tortilla chips covered in cheese and possibly other things like hamburger, sour cream, salsa, onions, etc. October 21st is the International Day of the Nacho, so go out and celebrate.

Nachos are a Mexican-inspired dish. They are centered around a corn-based tortilla chip covered in delicious toppings. The toppings often include a liquid nacho cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, beef, beans, a solid shredded cheese, green onions, and peppers, mainly jalapenos.
