Recently on Natural Selection 2's Website there was some news relating to the game's Map Editor / Creator, if you've pre-ordered Natural Selection 2 you can now gain full access to the Spark Editor, I'll continue to bring up-to-date news about this game over the next few months as I've personally ordered two copies of Natural Selection 2.

If you've pre-ordered NS2, you can now download the NS2 pre-alpha! This is not a playable version of the game but is our custom level editor and a fair amount of NS2 environment art. This is an early release of our technology that we wanted to get in your hands so mappers and more technical players can start playing around with it.

For the installer, some editor screenshots and some simple video tutorials, go here.

You'll need your NS2 pre-order game key to use the editor. If you haven't pre-ordered it and would like to, you can still do so here
