    NBA JAM with 4 player online play. This is my favorite basketball game ever made. Who else would be excited for that? Makes me want to go hook up my genesis just to play it again.

    I really like NBA Jam, but I wouldn't be interested in a new online version.

    @Usagi: You hate fun.

    But yeah, if it's the arcade version then sure release it. Don't waste time on the genesis or snes versions.

    @lordofultima - Apparently you can't read.  I stated "I really like NBA Jam..." which obviously means I like NBA Jam unless you define 'fun' as 'a new version of an old game being released'.  If it was free, I'd definitely want it, but I'm not interested in a new version that I'd have to pay for because I already have at least one good version of T.E. and online play wouldn't make it more fun.

    @Usagi: You have the arcade version of NBA Jam TE, with online play? That's impressive. I can honestly say that online would make this and Blitz 99 some of the best XBLA games ever. How often do people come over and play two player games on your Sega Genesis?

    What I meant to get across was that they should take the arcade versions and throw online into it. Even though I found out today that you can play arcade games online. But, I would 100% buy this game on a console because it's fantastic fun.

    I've been pushing for this to happen for a while. However, I'd want to see it more than just brought to consoles as a downloadable game with added online play. What I would really love to see is the game come with a NBA Jam Classic mode, where you can play the original just as we all remember it, with added online play of course. Additionally, I'd like to see it come with a mode that takes the NBA Jam formula and adds modern roster updates. Keep everything in the same kind of art style, but a bit improved, and have today's players as these 2D sprites that you can play as in-game. I think that would be totally mind-blowingly-freaking-unbelievably-jump-out-of-your-socks-AMAZING!
