Even though Giant Bomb itself doesn't cover sports, I know we have a lot of users that do play them.
 
As you may or may not know, NCAA Football 11 releases today(with Tim "I cry after every loss" Tebow on the cover on all versions).  As a die hard football fan in both the collegiate and pro levels, I get this game every year and am going to pick up my copy of this year's installment at Best Buy during lunchtime.  Who else is picking up this game?  If so, what team do you play as?
 
For me, I play the Miami Hurricanes.  It's all about The U.  ;)

I am saddened by the lack of college football fans who are getting this game.

Does it still have the shitty recruiting from NCAA '09 where  you have to call all the prospects every week and hard sell them on your location and all that? 
 
If so, hell no. That one feature ruined Dynasty mode for me. I love regular recruiting because it wasn't so damn time consuming and monotonous.

Maybe this weekend, play the demo and it looks better.

Could you perhaps let me know when you do? I love the NCAA Football franchise, but the new recruiting really really bothered me. Dynasty is pretty much the only reason I buy NCAA Football games, and the phone call recruiting system just ruins it for me. It's really too bad. It's why I prefer NCAA Football 06 to NCAA Football 09, even though 06 is for my PS2. "

I love college football with all my heart, and I have played every single NCAA football game on the X360, but I don't have any money and no Gamefly at the moment. I must wait. :(

Yup, picked it up today. The pre-game stuff is pretty rad, and the new recruiting stuff seems pretty cool. 

Going to get it either today and torture myself and can't play it since my Samsung decided to crap out. >:( or just get it tomorrow when the tv dude shows up and fixes it in like 7min since its just the capacitors. Fucking LCDs. 

Grabbed the PS3 version today. 
 
Looking forward to playing it.

I thought about it.  I havent bought an NCAA football game this gen, but I've bought the last 3 maddens.

I don't like American football games, except for Madden sometimes.
