Can anyone help me name this NES game? Euphoria?

Seeing that video this morning of Behemoth's new game reminded me of an old NES game.

I think it was called Euphoria? You started off as a little blue guy, and had to find 3 other friends to help you in certain platforming situations. There was a red guy who could swim, a green guy (called Gill) who could go under water... and... can't remember the fourth!

Any ideas?!

edit - aww, I just noticed that wonderfully high resolution cover scan is water marked. Shame shame! :'(
