If you're interested in buying the game I'd highly recommend checking the demo out first just to make sure the game runs well on your rig. Due to its single threaded nature Cryostasis is a bit of a system hog and highly dependent on your graphics card. Although the game has a couple other technical issues it's a shame there's not been better support from 1C and Action Forms Ltd. It really is quite a weird little gem and includes one of the better stories I've played through in awhile.
