Downtempo Grooves with Rogue Warrior

Hip-hop!

Having just watched this mind-blowing YouTube clip of Mickey Rourke soundbites set to music that plays over the end credits for Rogue Warrior, Jeff is currently in a dead sprint to the closest game shop to pick up a copy. Me, I'm just speechless. No words. No words to describe it. Poetry! They should've sent a poet.

Interesting.  Yeah, it's pretty good.  If only due to all the cursing Mickey does to mellow beats.  Quick look in the works?

ok.
Novyxon Dec. 1, 2009 at 2:41 p.m.
Awesome. There needs to be a whole album.

Wait, Rogue Warrior already came out?

Johnny Handsome in the house.

This seriously needs to be the new Giant Bombcast theme, and the song behind every end-game credits from now on.

The game actually looks okay, about on par with the other Soldier of Fortune games, which this basically is anyway.  Kind of like that Punisher game from a few years ago (not that online fps piece of shit from this year).

I bet this game a few days ago and I knew the credits song was going to get some sort of attention.

This game only has six voice actors total? No wait...seven.
MildMolasseson Dec. 1, 2009 at 2:47 p.m.

That's some smooth shit. Is the whole game as good as this OG shit sounds?

Thank you, sincerely, for posting this.  It made my evening.
RiddleBrotheron Dec. 1, 2009 at 2:49 p.m.
Also, why does the executive chef get a higher listing in the credits than the VO talent?
Who_Daton Dec. 1, 2009 at 2:52 p.m.
the only thing that could make this better is Keith David

April Fool, motherfucker!

On it's own, this is great, but I would not touch a game where the protagonist talks like that with a ten foot pole. I hate games/movies where the protagonist is an asshole, and this guy sounds like Asshole in Chief.
Gunharpon Dec. 1, 2009 at 3:03 p.m.
Ninja Style....
