It sounds like just about everyone who went to PAX last weekend came home with some form of cold. It's not surprising, really. Lots of hand-shaking, lots of controller-touching, and a little rain doesn't exactly sound like a sterile environment. So far, I've managed to stay clear of it, but I'm starting to feel a little... off. I've got that light burning sensation just behind my eyes and that slightly warmed-over feeling that says "everything's not OK." I have decided to combat this with the power of positivity, mostly because I don't really have time to get sick this week.
So let's roll on. These are a bit late due to PAX, but here are the top achievement pages on Giant Bomb for last week. Batman has held on by a wide margin, and it's interesting to see Garry's Mod riding high. The Beatles: Rock Band is also on this list even though the full set probably won't be unlocked for public viewing until this Wednesday, the game's street date.

He isn't even listed as French. Oh well, no spoilers there, anyway, because the set is still blocked.

I keep wanting to try Champions Online, but haven't yet. I'll probably get going on Section 8 before too long. The top individual achievements reveals that a lot of people are very interested in Arkham Asylum's more esoteric achievables, while some folks are still trying to figure out how to get through Shadow Complex without collecting stuff and still others are learning when and where to type "rusty bullet hole" into Garry's Mod. Gross.
