Just a quick note that Giant Bomb members can now link their STEAM achievements to profiles here. Be sure to read the instructions carefully as Valve thoughtfully allows users to create not one, not two, but three possible names for your account on their network. For the record, you're going to want to use the "Custom URL" one that lets you show off your stats on their steamcommunity.com site. For example, Jeff's URL is http://steamcommunity.com/id/giantbombing/. It's that last part ("giantbombing") that you want to enter in. Also be sure to make sure your profile is set to public otherwise we won't be able to sync you up.

The addition of STEAM compliments our existing World of Warcraft and XBOX LIve achievement tracking and generally makes our engineers feel pretty good about themselves. Next, we'll be working on some statistics and global tracking so you can map out your individual gaming history.

As an aside, we're still hoping Sony will open up their trophy system sometime this summer so we can get those linked up as well. In the meantime, enjoy going for those S-Ranks!

It's a shame not all games have Steam achievments. Regardless, great work guys!

It doesn't really work... the system finds my Steam profile and even finds my Steam avatar, but I still get the big red "Whoops" message and says I have 0 achievements.  And yes, my Steam profile is set to Public.

Just a heads up for the bug-fixing crew!  I fully support this feature.
