The StarCraft II Beta Has Begun

The StarCraft II beta is live and kicking. Perhaps you would like to download it.

Yes, it's true: the StarCraft II beta test has begun, considering this is what my Battle.net account page looks like.  Blizzard hasn't sent an official confirmation yet, but I've downloaded 29.2MB of the 1.64GB game client, so whatevers! Photographic evidence!

If you're already opted into the beta, head over to your Battle.net account page and download the client. If you're not, uh, that's unfortunate! Let's hope Blizzard continues to invite more players into the program as it progresses. We'll be pulling some live-streaming shenanigans with the client as soon as we can get it downloaded and running in here. Stay tuned!
