yeah, I have a feeling my "source" is going down that same path.  He sold roughly 100 copies yesterday but whatever.   Im around to answer any questions, but it seems like this site is pretty slow.

man, I wish I had a source.  I want the game now!  Ummm what are the Stars ranked? (do they still do numerical grading on teams?)

hey guys ya the NHL franchise has come leaps and bounds since the skill stick was introduced in 2007. 
 
The jersey created for EASHL is actually better than I thought it would be.
 
When you select custom jersey you are present with the following menu

• Logo style
• jersey style
• font style
• helmet color
• glove color
• pant color
• sock style
• and a uniform preview of home,away and goalies

i) How is the create a player? any better than last years selection of 10 or so different face models, then just apply the appropriate skin and eye colours to form some close approximation? Fight night had such an amazing create-a-boxer mode, I don't know why EA can't just share that system amongst all their titles.
 
ii) so they've expanded from the terrible selection of logos from past years?  I always started to make a custom team, then wound up hating the jerseys because I usually ended up using that crappy viking logo as it was the best option available.  Am I alone in thinking the custom logos sucked? A cobra, a ninja-head, a fist with spikes, aforementioned viking, some stupid monster thing.  How hard would it be for them to implement something that lets you upload an image to easports.com that you can then use as a logo for your team? /complain.
