Hi guys.

I bought my 3DS today on a 130$ sale. The thing is, after charging it for 45 minutes and counting, it still won't turn on.

Am I fucked?

yeah, it was a tax free shop with a campaign. It was too good to pass out. Except it obviously wasn't..

Send it back. If you only bought it today you shouldn't have any problems. I haven't had your problem so I don't know how to help you on a technical level.

Take it back to the store. Have them plug it in and if it doesn't work, than demand a refund for a defective product. If you just got it, there should be no hassle.

Oh I forgot to add, it was in a Tax Free store at an airport in another country :p

So it might be hard to just go back there :/

While you are charging, are there any external lights? Blue, red or green?

Nope, it doesnt.. I guess i just have to send it to Nintendo and have them fix it. I still have the receipt, so it cant be that hard. I just wanted to play me some mediocre Ghost Recon anyway. (Yeah yeah flame on :P )
