There was a rumor flying around that some one hacked it already.
 
I say 2 weeks.

I'd say a month. 2 months before anything becomes commercially available.

It's already hacked.

Give Nintendo more credit. After what they went through with the DS, they should have learned a lesson or two. 
 
Then again, it's not like it even mattered. They still made millions.

I give it a couple months, to be honest. But what I do want to know is if our old DS flashcarts would work on the 3DS.
