They've released the NES titles early in the North America Shop (can't confirm EU).  Here is the instructions for download: 
 
Go to E-Shop from main menu. 
Go to Settings/Other (left most menu item) 
Go to "Your Downloads" 
Scroll to the bottom, titles will be listed for 'redownload'. 
 
Enjoy!

Anyone know when we get the GBA games/when they will be announced?

some bombcasts ago the guys were talking about how they hope they are ambassadors since they logged in at launch but not since, they were worried you had to log in during that specific time frame... im on the same EXACT boat. Im in europe so i guess I have to wait till tomorow, we'll see what happens

All that's been said is sometime at the end of the year and they'll announce details closer to that. I'm super curious to see what the other five GBA games are since those have much more of my interest.

You can actually check your eligibility here if you want to try to see if you might be an Ambassador.

Downloading Metroid now. I'm excited to play it!

I can't download them yet. Maybe they are slowing rolling them out so everyone isn't downloading them right now.

EDIT: Was looking in the wrong place. Getting them now.
