    Alright so i wanna get a DSi and i had a $80 EB Games card but i can't seem to find it so my question is to they have my info and stuff on file or something so i will still have my credit or is it lost forever?

    It is almost certainly lost forever, but what you want to do is go to EB games and ask them about whether they have a record of the transaction. If you have the receipt, bring it with you.
