If Nintendo wanted to, would they be able to remake these great games on DS!? Is the DS powerful enough?

Would the DS cartridge be big enough for both games to be tied into one, since they are connected?

They would have to be downgraded graphically like Mario 64 DS was, but it should still play them well enough.

Ocarina yes, unfortunately though majoras mask is a no

The majoras mask thing isn't facts from me its just what I heard. Cause they had to do something graphically to it using a different chip or something (think about star fox with the SX or whatever it was chip, that made the game almost impossible to emulate the graphics properly. From what I have heard Majoras mask used something somewhat similar but only slightly (not the whole game)

I thought they were just shaders, made possible thru the use of the Expansion Pak.

It would be awesome to have them on the go, I'd buy one of each D: and I do think it could be possible to fit them.

how would you incorporate the stylus in a good way though?

perhaps you could control the ocarina with the stylus, and bow/slingshot/hook?

The DS is more powerful than the N64. Compare Mario Kart 64 ( which uses sprites for racers ) and Mario Kart DS ( which uses polygon models ). So yes, I'm sure they could port them on DS if they wanted.

    Will they? Probably not.

They would have to completely remake these games to use the stylus. So, Nintendo wouldn't do it. If they could port it, without adding stylus support, then it's possible, but highly doubted. It would be sort of to have it on that platform, but it's available on so many other ones, I don't know how much it would sell. Probably to the most hardcore of Zelda fans. But either way, it's highly doubtful.

When ever Nintendo releases OoT and/or  MM on DS, I'll buy a DS. Or if they just remake them for the Wii.

Super Mario 64 DS looks better than the N64 version though.

If they ever remade these games I'd go buy a new DS just to play them!

Well, it has more polygons. But the N64 has more colors and bigger resolution.
