Wait, Lego Rock Band is on DS? I'll play that I guess. The rest look kinda iffy. I would have to see some more gameplay of a few more of those that I've never heard of.

Longest post ever btw.  :P

I'm interested in Phantasy Star Zero, I despise the anime style but the actual gameplay seems much closer to PSO than Phantasy Star Portable was.
But it likely won't be out in Europe until next year, and there's too much else coming out right now for me to really care about it.

Even longer now I fixed those pesky images  ^-^

I am keeping an open mind on LEGO Rockband.  I am partial to cartoon fun and the music should be good.

I am certainly keen on Atelier Annie, Fighting Fantasy  and Phantasy Star 0, but as usual for me, Harvest Moon is a must, I haven't missed one yet.  Heroes of Might & Magic is supposed to be pretty good.

@oldschool: I have always wanted to play a Harvest Moon game. Sadly, haven't done so yet. I'll probably get that if I have enough money floating around. Would you recommend a different Harvest Moon for me since I'm just starting the series, or will this one be fine?

It doesn't really matter where you jump in on them.  They have a lot of the same characters and general story, they just change the setting a little.  Just don't get Harvest DS (and the girl version - Cute) as it was the first and is a bit buggy.  They are very much a niche game as they really just go along at a very casual pace.

Space Invaders Extreme 2 is the only one I'm really interested in and Professor Layton, but I will wait for the English version of that to be released.

I've also yet to play a Harvest Moon game before, but I would love to play one. I've heard they can be a bit similar to Animal Crossing? if so, I'm sure I'd really enjoy it, since Animal Crossing: Wild World is one of my favourite DS games.

Edit: I didn't see Phantasy Star 0, that is also another game I'm interested in.

Space Invaders Extreme 2 might be pretty cool but there's nothing on that list that entices me too much.

For me personally, Harvest Moon is far removed from Animal Crossing.  Sure, the making friends thing is kind of the same style, but the farming and getting married, plus having a kid is far more than Animal Crossing.  Given the choice, a tough choice, I would take Harvest Moon over Animal Crossing.

It will be interesting to see how SW:BES translates to the DS.  I always want to love a Star Wars game, yet so rarely do.  I still want an RTS like Galactic Battlegrounds to make it to the DS.

Cop The Recruit and Clash of Heroes are the two for me, though I may not buy either for quite a while. I was definitely sold on both of them after trying them out. My position on Phantasy Star has softened over time, and I doubt I will buy it any time in the near future. The rest of the month looks pretty week (lololololol)@Willy105 said:

What's all this about Infinite Space? That isn't due until next year, isn't it?.

I am vigilant on how it makes the move to DS as well. I am a great Star Wars game fan, and since the Battleground series seems to have a very rabid fanbase, I want to see what the hoopla is all about.

It is? Aww.

Anyway, it's pretty much this big budget (for a handheld game) sci-fi RPG about spaceships. You upgrade your ship to fight in battles. It's supposed to be very very very very very very deep, and I am intrigued of the developers can pull it off. The DS is overflowing with RPG's (and a ton of them are amazing), but this one caught my attention more because it's sci-fi and ships.

Actually, Layton is one of the least interesting games in the list. Have you tried the Layton games? How are they like?

Sorry, I guess I worded it wrong. I know what Infinite Space is, I just wanted to clarify the release date. I'm very excited about the game, especially after I read RPG Fan's review.

Hey, it isn't my list, it is the DS' list.  Granted, it isn't as strong as some of the last 6 months, but it still has some worthwhile games, especially in the RPG area.
