Nintendo was founded in Kyoto, Japan in 1889 as a manufacturer of hanafuda playing cards. The company went through several small niche businesses before becoming a video game company.
It actually has very little of the sort, partly because viewers are left to review such slides at will. I found it pretty fascinating and very reassuring, especially the latter stuff.
But.. it's an investor's meeting. What else would there be other than "Look how much money we are making. Do you like money? We are thinking of renaming the company to "Yentendo". See this chart? It is made out of dollar bills we glued together with gold."
E3 is boring. Yeah, I said it. I have never watched a single thing from E3. Being there? A different thing - that would be awesome because it would be geek gamer heaven.
