    Offensive Bias is a Forerunner Artificial intelligence that was created to stop the rampant A.I. Mendicant Bias from reaching Installation 00 to stop the Halo Array sequence. While successful, he allowed Mendicant Bias to live, after fragmenting it's compound mind.
