As a huge fan of the original, I'm still not 100% sure whether or not I'll be playing OkamiDen... I haven't really heard anything about it at all, which makes me nervous.
What do you guys think? =)
Okamiden
Game » consists of 4 releases. Released Mar 15, 2011
This sequel to the critically acclaimed Okami returns players to the land of Nippon as the adorably pint-sized, yet still powerful Chibiterasu on a quest to save the land from certain doom at the hands of demons.
OkamiDen comes out next week, anyone going to be picking it up?
I really love Okami to death but sadly I haven't really been feeling the -den version. It seems like a straight port but I'll wait for some reviews before deciding for sure.

Finished it last year after getting an import copy. It plays really well on the 3DS, the Circle Pad improves Chibi's controls significantly.

" and the fact that the dudes making Okamiden are putting it on the DS shows they have no idea what the fuck they're doing. "What do you mean?
" But as I say earlier, it does control better using 3DS's Circle Pad. "Luckily my DS Lite is falling apart, so I'll be getting a 3DS at launch. Circle Pad ahoy! (Although I may be finished the game by then.)
" Finished it last year after getting an import copy. It plays really well on the 3DS, the Circle Pad improves Chibi's controls significantly. "How much better are the controls on the 3DS? Does it have analog control? Also, are there any other 3DS-specific improvements? I only ask because I just got the game today, but I'm not sure if I should wait to play it on my 3DS, which won't arrive until the end of the month.
