Overview

One Unit Whole Blood is a compilation package of the following titles:

Blood
Blood: Plasma Pak
Cryptic Passage for Blood
Unlock the Secrets, an interactive strategy guide for Blood

Both expansions install alongside each other and, with Plasma Pak integrating itself with the game and Cryptic Passage initiating via the cryptic.exe launcher.

Differences

The version of Blood in this package is v1.21. The highest beta release prior to One Unit Whole Blood was 1.20 (the beta 3Dfx patch, incompatible with this package) and the highest official patch released prior was 1.11. No official patch notes have ever been released detailing the changes between v1.11 and 1.21.
