    Overview

Set during the invasion of Normandy in 1944, Order of War follows the allied forces through the invasion of Europe from the side of the US in Operation Overlord and the Soviet Red Army in Operation Bagration as the player takes command in effort of pushing the German troops back into Berlin involving gameplay very similar to that of World in Conflict.

    Multiplayer

The original 2009 release of Order of War did not come packaged with a multiplayer, however in March 2010 a stand-alone multiplayer known as Order of War: Challenge was released as a digital download on Steam, in order to maximize profits from the game, essentially the PC equivalent of charging for "DLC" that's already on the disc.
