Does origin have sales comparable to Steam? I'm pretty interested in Syndicate and a tiny bit interest in BF3, but I really don't want to download the client just to check. Steam has me spoiled as i hardly ever buy a game not on sale.

They were giving BF3 away free with ME3 but that ended. Regular discounts seem to be on par with Steam but less frequent because they have fewer games to pull from. I don't think they have discounted anything that is Origin exclusive yet, but those games are at most 6 months old and still somewhat popular.
