Can I kick Origin out of my house now? I'm pretty sure it keeps drinking all the milk and not replacing it.

@nintendoeats: You can kick origin out, you just can't play BF3, Mass Effect 3 or any major EA release for the next year or so.

EA is really pushing Origin hard. Only time will tell how it will play out.

Just got this e-mail myself and thought the exact same thing only to find this thread moments later. The most disturbing part is "Origin is always there."

I honestly hated getting anything digital of the EA Store. Obviously that entire system has changed, but I don't really plan on supporting this at all in the future, especially if they are going to be providing their stuff through Origin exclusively.

So that bum living in my house is actually Origin?
