The original Video was pulled but a user manged to capture the video in all its..glory

The point Ouya were trying to make is "Dont pay 60 bucks for a game. Play 100 games for free" Yet they will once again bring up headlines for this excessive advert.

The top comment made me laugh "This video sums up pretty well what you'll want to do to yourself mere moments after purchasing an Ouya."

As Patrick said last month the 1 Million Dollars aims to bring smaller niche games to the ouya so their is a user base for this product. http://www.giantbomb.com/articles/ouya-wants-to-give-away-1-million-to-developers-bu/1100-4690/

For me AMAZING FROG is the best thing i have seen for ouya

There is so much terrible in your post, the ad, the shitty game, the link, eugh.

Your post is great, but the Ouya shit sucks is my point. Who the hell backed this sad excuse of a system? Some people are just desperate for something new.

@jouseldelka: I think the main selling point was the emulation aspect but now it has turned into this abomination. I think at this point ouya is thinking "Any publicity is good publicity"

I don't know, I kind of liked the advert in a way but as a thing actually trying to sell me the console it didn't really do a very good job. It would have been better if perhaps there was a montage of some of the games available after the animation to hammer home the variety/number of games available (unless they don't have any worth showing off, I'll be honest I've only really heard about it in a negative context)

It feels like those old "Genesis Does What Nintendon't" ads, but does a poor job of explaining why their console is better.

Nope... I liked the ad. Like a Ren and Stimpy cartoon.

Ouya looks like crap tho so it doesn't matter.

That is an utterly shit advert.

I've owned an Ouya since the Kickstarter, it's been powered on twice in it's life.

It's an utterly shit video game system.

The best advert for Ouya now would be to have one explode into the Sun.

Amazing Frog being set in Swindon is amazing, though.

Being ill-conceived, confusing and really dumb, I find the advert perfectly sums up the Ouya.

I know. This didn't seem excessive at all. Something like Superjail! makes this look like The Flintstones.

    But what a sec.

Ain't their games not really free? because from what I've seen you can play them to an extent, then buy the full game. Though I could be wrong, regardless the Ouya seems like a fail so far to me.

So Amazing Frog is just Insurance Fraud from Saints Row?

Protip: In Saints Row IV Insurance Fraud, try jumping and gliding before entering ragdoll mode, then hold on to your butt.
