I say, the preview of the progenitor of this less-than-complete product has thrown me into quite a tizzy. I'd perhaps go as far as to even say that it wholly, and perhaps unsurprisingly, surpasses the previous iteration quite assiduously.

I for one would willing pay over four six-pence for such a product.

So good to see an indie game that isn't a side-scrolling hipster wank-off.

Thank you, devs of this game.

Wait, what the shit, they have been in development for 3 years and they only have an engine and a concept? This is not coming out.

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that they've been operating solely off of the funds from Lugaru and pre-orders for this new game.

LOL, love the new title of this topic. I guess the other one got taken down.

Well yeah anyways, the game does look like a lot of fun. 30 dollars though...I would have to wait until I know they are putting a good amount of content in there.

Looks interesting. I've always liked the idea of "realistic" melee combat like this, might give it a try.

I've been checking in on this game occasionally for a year or two, since I preordered Natural Selection 2 and got a free preorder of Overgrowth as part of a promotion. It definitely seems neat. I've enjoyed reading the blogs they've done covering some of the technical aspects of the game.

You obviously don't follow indie games much do you? If anything this is more hipster by the weird animal influence it has. And by hipster I mean odd and different for the hell of it.

Yeah I paid the 30 bucks for early alpha access about 3 or 4 months ago, turns out it runs like shit on my laptop which of course was to be expected, I'm in the process of building me a gaming PC so maybe I'll finally be able to mess around with it, kinda don't want to though so I won't spoil the fun with the full game once it (hopefully) comes out, which makes me wonder why did I pay for early alpha access in the first place...

But whatever, it's just 30 bucks and I feel like I've contributed to the game's development so I'm cool with that.
