Is this really the best Parkour/Freerunning video on the net?

I was just doing some browsing on Vimeo, saw a couple lame videos, and remembered this golden oldie.
If you want to skip some warm-ups and weird editing, skip ahead to the 2:00 mark, and to see it pick up to high gear, go to 4:00-ish
If you got a better one, go ahead and post it. These Russians are just flat out crazy. I guess thats what happens when you start drinking their water at 4 yrs old ;)

Parkour always kinda confused me. I just seems weird to me, I took gymnastics when I was young and climbed tons when I was young as well. On one hand I'm trying to figure out why it took so long and garnered a special name, on the other sure I enjoy it - just doesn't seem much different than what childhood was like.

That first one is still my favorite parkour video of all time. I wouldn't say the best just because I haven't seen all the parkour videos out there, but it's for sure the best I've ever seen. I mean dude, he back flips from three stories up onto packed, rock hard dirt after flipping around 10 or so stories up on top of a burned out apartment building. If that isn't the definition of bad ass, show what is. And no, Kid Rocks extremely authentic video for his song Bad Ass doesn't count for anyone looking to joke around with me :P

@cid798: I don't get what you're saying. What took so long and garnered a special name? Parkour? What about Parkour took so long? If you were scaling buildings using only the balconies during your "childhood" you sir are amazing, and I know for a fact you weren't anywhere near this level, ever.
