    Patrice Désilets is a game designer best known for his work on Ubisoft's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Assassin's Creed. After leaving Ubisoft in 2010, he joined THQ's Montreal Studios, heading up the development of a brand new IP. THQ Montreal was subsequently acquired by Ubisoft, where Désilets returned to briefly before being terminated in May 2013.

    Overview

    Patrice Désilets was a creative director — and one of the first employees — at Ubisoft Montreal. He is best known for his work on the Assassin's Creed series. After leaving Ubisoft in 2010, Désilets went to work at THQ's Montreal Studios, heading up the development of new IPs 1666 and Underdog. Désilets briefly returned to Ubisoft when his team and projects were acquired by Ubisoft from the ashes of THQ, although he would later be terminated by Ubisoft in May 2013.

    He earned a bachelor’s degree in film studies and literature at University of Montreal.
