Passed out Patrick Klepek spotted at Denny's in Reddit post?

I was browsing reddit and I came across a post illustrating what the graveyard shift at Denny's looks like. In the picture, you see passed out drunk people, sketchy looking food and if you scroll all the way down, last image to the left, you see a dude passed out on a table who looks exactly like Patrick Klepek

So is it Patrick or do my eyes deceive me?

Yep that's Patrick, but he's not sleeping he's in a coma. He was in it for 5 months, and in that time his muscles atrophied down to their current state.
