For me the Giantbomb, Rooster Teeth and Mega64 panels. Then Old Republic, Bioshock, Bastion and Gears for games. Also gonna keep my eyes open for anything Mass Effect or Skyrim related.

I wouldnt miss the Bioshock panel if your interested in the game then.

Yea 5 on friday. Even more awesome Ken Levine will be at that panel. 
 
But shh try not to tell anyone dont want to wait two hours for the panel lol.

Guild Wars 2 is my top game this year. Aside from that, the GB panel and all of the Penny Arcade panels (especially create a strip, because the Hot Dog Fairy must live on!)
