When I'm in safe mode, i right click my hard drive and select tools and then click on defragment disk. But nothing happens or pops up; does anyone know how i can defrag my disk without having to be in a normal boot?
defrag might depend on a service... which none are running because you are in safe mode. Why do you expect random non critical stuff to run when you are in safe mode. That is the point of safe mode. Only the critical stuff is running. :)
