How much bottleneck will I suffer from?

Being the real genius I was, I thought my processor was fairly good enough to play modern games. I figured I'd just go and get myself a decently good graphics card with a bigger PSU to call it a day. Of course, I didn't really consider how much bottleneck there would be thanks to my CPU (which really isn't terrible in my opinion)

Graphics Card:MSi GTX 465 Twin Frozr II (unlocked to GTX 470)
    Processor:Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB (stock)
RAM: 6 GB DDR2 SDRAM (stock)
    Motherboard: Pegatron Corporation Benicia (stock)
Power Supply: Rosewill RG630-S12 630 Wattz

So... how much potential does my GPU get bottlenecked at, especially considering how my card will be unlocked? I don't have my card right now, my sister is trying to unlock it. Should I get a new motherboard and try to overclock my existing CPU? Stick with what I have and wait it out for a new motherboard in the future? Anything? Thanks in advance.

By the way, I can't overclock with the stock motherboard. I need to get a new one if I had to overclock.

I say get everything in there. Play games for a week, then decide how you feel about it.

You should of bought the gtx460 1gb like I suggested in the past, it runs faster than a gtx465 btw and cost less too with less temperture problems. Cpu is a bit slow, you probally will get some bottlenecking unfortunetly. Overclocking it is the best solution, I guess play a few games for now and see if it's good enough. Maybe just overclock the videocard for now with msi afterburner or rivatuner.

@HitmanAgent47: Yeah, was gonna, but my sister made an the decision to get this particular GTX 465, because it only costed $20-40 more than the GTX 460 1 GB and can be unlocked to a GTX 470. Not to mention, its made entirely out of copper, which makes the card itself more cooler (copper conducts better then aluminum). Can't really say that its bad or anything, I didn't have to pay a whole lot for the upgrade.

@Meteora: That's interesting, I didn't know it can do that.
