you are the ceo of a shipping company having bought your first ship then having to get it out of harbour, then once arrived at the destination port having to 'park' it inside a red outline, and you could upgrade/replace the ship as money became available, this is a very old game, I'd say at least '95 if not a year or so earlier (memory foggy that far back)
