    So I just got all my parts,and I would like to start building. Just would like some help on how to get started, should i not wear certain clothes like socks and what kind of surface should i work on, and a good way to ground myself, and of course what parts to start with. Thanks

    Not sure if its exactly what you're looking for because I didn't watch it.
     
    Also, I just built one and didn't do anything like that.  Build it on my wooden kitchen table.  Wore socks.  No need to ground myself because it's not really receiving energy from enything.
