Could anybody recommend me a good PC RPG that isn't Fallout, or The Elder Scrolls?

PC RPG?
I recently started playing The Witcher, and was really starting to get into it. The melee combat took a little getting used to, and I had only learned one spell, but I thought it was pretty cool in the first few hours.
I'm one of those people who has to finish one game before committing to the next though, so it was straight back to Persona 4.
The Witcher was a lot of fun.
If you want something older, Baldur's Gate (and Baldur's Gate 2) are classics.
Neverwinter Nights (and, to a lesser extent, NWN2) was good as well.
Darkstone is an action-RPG like Diablo, but it's really old.
Divine Divinity is good too, but old.
Those are the only ones I can think to recommend that aren't Fallout, ES, or ports.

I've played those already, didn't much care for Arcanum
@PureRok: Sorry my bad i didn't look.
i suppose if he/she dosen't mind bad graphics they could always try neverwinter nights
For a more recent game than the absolute classics mentioned, and since you've already played and finished The Witcher, try Drakensang: The Dark Eye. It's an old school party based CRPG, not sandbox, but more like a dungeon crawl with the odd adventure style quest to figure out.
I'm waiting for Divinity II. It's already out, but only in Germany for now, and while it's a little more traditional itself, it does have the open ended aspect fans of recent hyped titles will be enjoying. It's also action based for its combat system, so it should be the most popular of this bunch.
There's another The Dark Eye based game coming from different company also, called Demonicon. Maybe...
Other than that, I'm extremely hyped for Age of Decadence. It's. Going. To. Rock!
A google search for any of these names will come up with info you want. I guess.
Though im not strictly asking for a PC RPG (in the same sense as the original post) but could anyone recommend some good worlds to explore? By which I mean games like Elder Scrolls where theres a world which I can walk around in and (in addition to quests etc.) enjoy diffrent types of architecture and just talking to NPC's?
Im looking at Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall for this as well but im having a harder time getting into one (too used to the ease of use of mordern versions).
Other games I would recommend have already been mentioned, but I think STALKER should at least be noted.

+1 For Baldur's Gate. This will keep you busy for a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time if you try to do everything, and its sequel is easily one of the best, if not THE best RPG ever made, especially if you have both games and their expansions and connect them to each other via the Tutu mod for a single, VERY long and VERY high-quality RPG. I would love to see Jeff and Vinny Endurance Run that, if they didn't give up by the jillionth hour.
" Could anybody recommend me a good PC RPG that isn't Fallout, or The Elder Scrolls? "Maybe you should compile a better list of what not to recommend before you start asking for advice.
I work in a place where the most common question is, "What's good?" and without proper context to learn a persons tastes and past experiences, it's like flinging shit into a fan and trying to hit the bullseye ten feet away.
