If I get battlefield 2 and don't get the expansions will I be playing with the same people if I were to get the expansions? Aslo is it worth buying?

It's only worth buying if you get all the expansions with it.

Honestly, not too many people play it these days. I actually installed it again after not playing for a couple years and it hasn't aged very well.

Wait for Battlefield 1943 to come out on PC. Thats if your looking for a Battlefield game on PC. But, I play all PC battlefields and theyre good.

The game is like 5 bucks at Bestbuy its still really fun I would say just pick it up, the expansion though are not worth buying.

Man I would defiantly recommend bf2. I just checked the price on best buy's website and it's 9.99.  I know there are still several thousand people that still play, myself included, on a regular basis. But be warned if you go ahead and try to play you are probably going to be super frustrated since almost everyone still playing is a master.
