    Hey everyone, just got a new laptop and I've been waiting to play some games. After playing Empire TWr, Rome TW, and Medieval TW 2, I have the history-bug and have been searching for some good city-building games (Historical so no modern age ones). Any suggestions?

    Pharoah is the quintessential city builder.

    As far as recent choices, 1701 A.D. is an excellent example.

    I read that Dawn of Discovery can be pretty fun if you like the genre. Haven't played it myself though.

    There is a demo available.
