    Will a 650W PSU be good a GTX260 core 216?

lol, I added future upgrades (better fans, cathodes) and OC'ed my Quad and it gave me 660W, I think if i mildly OC ill be ok.

by the time i get some better fans and and cathodes ill probable have a better PSU anyway.

650 W is plenty if it's a quality PSU with good amperage on +12V rail, unless you got like tons of hard drives and other extra part on your PC.  I have heard of people running two GTX 260 SLI on 500 W ones, it's risky but possible.

As long as it's a quality power supply. A GTX 260 would work even on something like a Corsair VX450 power supply.
