Looking to play some Star Trek online and I am not sure what I should upgrade, thought I know that I need a new video card.
 
what I am looking at is:

  Video Card  ATI Radeon x700 Graphics Processor (0x5E4B)  - Graphics Interface- PCI-E

It may be time to build a whole new PC altogether. You can get quad cores and whatnot for pretty cheap these days plus you could use more ram (considering you're running vista)
 
 
A pentium D is a pretty old CPU,that seems to need to biggest upgrade ATM
