So I'm planning to buy a laptop and I'm looking for great deals on HPs. There was a 30% discount last week... but I just missed it. So I'm wondering if this Cyber Monday is a great day to find an HP online for a great price, plus, will the brand websites like HP.com have great deals as well?

You can usually get it a little cheaper by ordering straight from the website, I`m not to sure about HP as I have no experience with that brand but I know Dell have some good deals, and Newegg.com or Tigerdirect.com have some good deals also, sorry if this didn`t help much.

I hear there customer support are bad, but I like there laptops as far as using one goes and comfortablility, but I have no clue the reliablity and how long one lasts so... yeah.

Yea, the support is pretty bad but damn.... their laptops are so good. They've screwed me over once or twice.

I always have heard that HP has a low consumer reliability rating. I recommend Newegg or looking maybe on the Bestbuy website for deals.
