I did to 4GHz.. I probably can go allot higher.. but then I would have to watercool the chipset & mosfet also  [ might do that eventually ] ...but since usually only use it for games it makes almost no difference to the std 3.2GHz setting
once you already get 40/60 frames a second on highest setting ..there is not much need for extra power...your not gonna see a difference.

All 4 SATA drives in a 4 Bay ICY Dock for hot swapping as well as neatness inside my case.
GPU: EVGA 8800GTS G92 512mb

OS: Vista Home Premium 64bit SP1
Mouse: Logitech G5
Monitor: 19" Hanns-G

Pretty much not PC gaming much anymore went back to console. However did just order Cryostasis and playing through Indigo Prophechy (actually playing the European "Fahreneheit" version wanted an uncut version) but nothing that requires the best of the best hardware.

If PC gaming resparks an interest i'll upgrade this system instead of buidling new again, most likely an EVGA GTX285, 4more gigs of RAM and Q9650 as i'd rather buy a MacBook Pro instead of dropping 2k on a new build.

my case is a POS >_< i'm not going to even bother giving the brand name.

at this point....it's probably my video card that's a potential "bottleneck", BUT a 9600GSO is supposedly a repackaged 8800 GS which isn't bad for a budget card (got for $50 on NewEgg AND came with a free copy of Call of Duty: World at War....kind of an awesome deal when you take into account the fact that PC version of WaW still retails for $49.99).

and i intentionally put "bottleneck" in quotes because although it's a budget card, it does play games quite well (Modern Warfare, World at War, Mirror's Edge, Prince of Persia (new one), Left 4 Dead................all of which are playable on high, no AA, at the maximum resolution my monitor is capable of: 1920x1200)

other heavy-hitter titles i haven't tested though because i don't own the games (Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Bioshock, FarCry 2, etc.)
