Jim Darkmagic (of the New Hampshire Darkmagics) Returns!

If you're anything like me you've never played a game of D&D in your life but have had something of a fascination with the concept of playing. Whether it's because you didn't know anyone else who shares your fascination or you simply couldn't work up the interest to get a group together you never got a chance to play D&D. Well, fret not! You've got Penny Arcade's Mike Krahulik as Jim Darkmagic to introduce you to the newest rule set of D&D and hear the game played through the ears of a novice. Yes, in their first adventure Acquisitions Incorporated fought many foes and were given much pity by a merciful Dungeon Master but now they band will take up the mantle again.

The Magic Of Jim

I'm not afraid to say that I'm absolutely giddy with excitement. The first is a blast to listen to (In fact with this news I'm going to relisten to the entire 8 part series) and clocking in at a total of 5 hours and 40 minutes, it is most certainly an epic adventure. So, for all you interested in D&D but too lazy to try the game out give PA's game a listen, hell even if you don't wish to play D&D but you like Penny Arcade, it's a damn funny adventure.

Coolio, I loved the original
'You do 5 damage'
'Pfft, Jim Darkmagic does that much damage when he goes to the bathroom'
